Noel Vermillion

Please! Is Noel too weepy? Too headstrong? Is something off you can't pinpoint but want to let me know anyway? Her canon point is roughly Continuum Shift, and this is a brand new muse for me. I encourage the use of PMs, but this post is here as well for constructive criticism of her portrayal. I would like to be able to play her well, and I know I can't spot all my mistakes!
